common problems with Digital Film Converters
1. You have Windows XP and your
system DOES NOT meet the minimum requirements 2. You have a Macintosh computer These are not currently supported, we hope to have drivers available for the Mac to be able to use these devices Spring 2010

You are connecting the device to a FRONT USB port or Laptop Docking
station these connections are essentially hubs and are NOT supported
4. You have another scanner or all in one printer on the system, make sure it is POWERED OFF (DELL/LEXMARK need to be disconnected from the USB port) 5. You diod not install the scanner driver, verify this by going to START - CONTROL PANEL - PROGRAMS look for Cyberview CS, if you connected the scanner before doing so see Troubleshooting Install |

| Adobe Photoshop Elements Issues | |
| Photoshop appears to have problems when scanning more than 20-25 images at a time BEFORE exiting Cyberview CS so the Organizer program can import them to the directory on the hard drive, reported problems have been not all images transfer and errors along the lines of "there was a problem transferring the data the disk may be full or corrupted" | Do not scan more than 20-25 images or use the Cyberview CS latest drivers to facilitate scanning directly without Adobe see SCANNING DIRECTLY TO FILE, this problem still occurs even on the latest versions of Photoshop Elements tested |
